why not join us for an afternoon of pure pasta joy – making fresh pasta is always a numero uno during our cooking courses – so this year we offer a full cooking lesson all about pasta.
you will get to know the different techniques, make and work with different pasta doughs, when to use fresh pasta and when to go for the dried pasta. Together we will prepare several pasta types with different seasonal salse – both classical and more modern.
these are dishes we might cook:
spaghetti cacio e pepe, pici all’aglione, tagliolini, nettles + bottarga, ravioli, artichokes + walnuts, a big leafy salad
and a little sweet – cenci con crema di ricotta
after a few fun overs in the kitchen, we will sit down and enjoy all the tasty dishes together with a big pitcher of local vino.
lessons can be for lunch or dinner – the damage is € 90 per person and includes; aperitivo, recipes, lesson with following meal with local wine, water and coffee.
