the second 3 ingredients course of the season – these courses will mainly focus on 3 ingredients of the season – and you will get to cook a number of delicious and seasonal recipes. We are now in full summer and the veggie patch should be full of sweet tomatoes and all the produce of summer – this time we will cook mainly from:
Tomatoes, zucchini + egg plant
During the 2 cooking lessons you will cook various antipasti, homemade pasta, soups, rice, main courses and desserts.
The course includes: 3 night stay in double room, welcome dinner, 2 cooking lessons and visit to local wine producer.
