Over the next week we are going to focus on all the great Italian classics – but some might have a modern twist. You will get to cook several traditional dinners with antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci – and lets give that perfect Spaghetti alla Carbonara a try. During the course you will also get a lot of ideas and tips for the everyday cooking back home. You will also have lots of free time – so you can explore the area or relax on the terrace.
6 nights, 3 cooking lessons, visit to an organic farm and cheese maker, truffle hunt and truffle lunch, visit to the Fattoria Mani di Luna vinery in Torgian and meals according to program.
