This course will focus on all the amazing dishes of the Italian cuisine which highlights the new vegetables of the season – we are going to go crazy with freshly podded peas, broad beans, asparagus, artichokes and all the small and fresh new beets. Pairing it with spring lamb and other delicacies. You will get familiar with many types of antipasti, fresh pasta, riso and the great dessert.
