The markets are full of ripe fruit, gorgeous vegetables and fragrant herbs. We are celebrating the Italian summer in big style. We have cancelled the traditional menu, but instead we are going to fill the table every night with a great number of dishes from the rustic Italian country cooking. You will get a better understanding of easy and seasonal antipasti, homemade pasta, delicious sauces, gnocchi, delicious sweets and a few tips on how to bake your own bread. We are also going to visit our dear friend Giampaolo Tabarrini, and taste his amazing wines from our region.
