A weekend dedicated to the magic of the TRUFFLE. Umbria is one of the best places to hunt and enjoy truffles. This underground mushrooms, that can elevate and transform the most simple dishes. So if you’re a lover of truffles, then this weekend might be your thing.

In September we will still be looking for summer truffles. But this late in season, they will have developed much more flavour and aromas. We will visit our friends at San Pietro a Pettine and go truffle hunting with Bruno and his dogs. This will be followed by a delicious truffle lunch with great natual vino and views of the Umbrian country side.

We will bring back lots of truffles to the kitchen in Todi. On the saturday afternoon, you will enjoy a truffle loaded cooking lesson. We will cook a number of antipasti, our favorite pastas with lots of truffle magic and something sweet.

3 nights in double room, 1 cooking lesson, truffle hunt and lunch. Meals according to program.
