Italian artichoke season is at its highest – so lets celebrate. The glorious carciofo might be our favorite veggie – and its season is really short.

Many have a little fear of this delicious flower. We will conquer the fear and cook and prepare more artichokes, than you can think of. We will eat them raw, fried, sauteed, stuffed, grilled, creamed, stewed, with pasta, with rice – you name it.

We will also spend a day in the beautiful capital of Umbria – Perugia. On a guided city walk we will explore all the little streets and allies as well as all the monumental squares and streets. We will also enjoy a delicious lunch at our favorire restaurant in Perugia.

The stay includes: 3 nights stay, breakfast, welcome aperitivo and dinner, guided tour of Perugia and lunch. An artichoke cooking lesson with dinner.
