You will be visiting an organic farm and play with the goats and taste the cheeses, we will be truffle hunting and eating in Trevi, we will be visting our friends at Mani di Luna and taste their amazing natural wines. You will get to see a local ceramic work shop and see how many of our plates are made. We will also be visiting Assisi with a local guide and learn all abour San Francesco.
All this and lunches, pizza night and 2 cooking lessons.
